Great teachers, great location, great everythingg! All around awesome. The owner Vince is the man, he's been a black belt for many years & he's a great instructor. He keen on teaching technique that helps add that bit of power to your kicks or strikes. The other instructors are all nice &easy to talk to, not intimidating like i thought going in there. A+ to definitely check out for kickboxing, MMA, jui jitsu & grappling.
