I've had Dennis as my agent since 1990, and have been very happy with him. I've had to make two claims, and both were handled without any of the usual stress I anticipate from insurance companies. Just recently, I went ahead and shopped around for rates, because I didn't want to get caught paying more just out of habit & for no other reason. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that he's still offering me the best rates I can find anywhere, even after almost 20 years! At this point, I can see me sticking with him for another 20 years.
