I love the selection at Best Buy when compared to other stores in town. I hate some of the pushy sales reps on the floor. I went in recently to purchase a home entertainment center and I was looking for something in the 200-300 dollar range and the rep that was helping me kept taking me to the 500-1000 dollar range. I'll take if it's 70% off guy! I finally had to ask him to give me some time to just look around. When a customer comes into my store I don't try and sell them the most expensive phone. You need to listen to what they are interested in using their device for and then provide a suitable recommendation based on it. If you go into Best Buy looking for a calculator for simple addition and subtraction, they'll probably try and sell you a scientific calculator. My recommendation is... Listen better.
