A few months ago I wanted a wireless router & didn't know what I should look for. I called Rob & he told me what the best one was & we orderd it right on line. He came back & set that up. (I tried but was picking up my neighbores signal). He also helped me with all the wires under the computer. He tied them up so I could vacuum under there better & keep dust away form my tower's fan. Also I got longer cords for my printer from him, much cheaper than staples. He linked my desk top & my lap top so I can work off of either one & have acces to differnt documents on each. Today he helped set up my new wireless 3 & one, which I tried to set up & so did my husband. Also I was having problems uploading picturesfrom my laptop to facebook & he fixed that. He helped with my daughters lap top that had virus too. She wasn't able to use he lap top at all. I recommended Rob to my family & friends. He returns my phone calls or emails quickly & shows up when he says he will. Plus I love the company name F1- the help key on the keyboard!
