Ray, his wife, and his crew at the taxidermy shop and butcher shop are top-notch. My friends and I live in Baltimore and hunt primarily Queen Anne's (and other Eastern Shore areas), and always bring our game to Hitchcock. They are great butchers and are very accommodating with their hours if you're in a bind. My friend recently took a nice 8-point to them and it turned out beautifully. They even turned it around in 4-5 months, as opposed to other folks that take a year or more. I highly recommend them - you won't be dissapointed.
