I rented a unit from S.P.S. on 10/24/09. Now....before I rented from S.P.S. I had been to 7 other storage locations within the Huntington Beach area. And let me say that none of the other locations had any idea what customer service is about. Everyone just wanted to rent space!!!! and not answer my questions.
I walked into S.P.S. and met Laura and Mike......and let me say....Customer Service!!!!
Laura actually took the time to show me around the property and answered all my questions. In fact I went back and spoke with Laura 2 more times and met with Mike 2 times before renting. Let me just say, that if your looking to rent storage space in the Huntington Beach area.....you don't have to take my word, just walk in and check it out for your self.
Laura and Mike are all about customer service!!!!!!!
