I recently had my vehicle serviced here, as I'm new to the area. The staff was excellent! The level of service from the previous dealership I had my Milan serviced at was sub par. Thankfully the folks at Concord Lincoln Mercury made me finally feel like I owned a luxury car. The entire staff was extremely courteous. The price for servicing my car was reasonable and to top it all off, they washed my car for free. This was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. Suffice to say that I will go to Concord L-M for all my service needs because their level of service trumps all else. - Justin V.
