These guys are amazing. My laptop motherboard died- they figured out the problem the same day and they ordered the necessary part 2nd day air. Plus they let me use a loaner computer (a fairly impressive one at that) until the work was finished on my laptop. After everything they still charged me less than HP was asking for the repair.
A+ guys, really.
