Me, my wife and grand daughter have been with Dr. Zaknoun for well over two and a half years now. I have had many other doctors and they can't compare to Dr. Zaknoun's knowledge and care of her patients. As with anything, when new it takes a short time to establish a relationship. I find Dr. Zaknoun and staff to be friendly and caring. As with any business if you approuch them with an attitude then expect the same in return. One prior review sounds like a major attitude was there.
I personally recomend Dr. Nada Zaknoun to all my family and friends. Once you know her you will find she is friendly, caring and very thorough with her patients. I fully trust her with my life and am very proud to be a patient of hers. I who as a male thought I could never go to a female doctor and not be uncomfortable has been proven by her to be wrong.
