Nice lady, the white screen (back drop) has a flaw that shows in the picture badly and ruins the portrait. I brought to the attention of the photographer and didn't get anywhere with her. I could not get a refund from the studio. The monies would have to come from the central office of the portrait studios? I was so disappointed. I saw photo's later that were made for another customer and the same flaw was visible. A shame. I bet a dollar the defect on their backdrop wasn't new news to the studio...it looks like they could afford a new screen. The package of photos were expensive and we shouldn't have to have this happen.
