I pulled into Idaho Springs one midweek afternoon for a late lunch. I chose Mangia! because someone out front was handing out free drink cards. Not an auspicious start, but what an experience.

The owner was the only server and the food was outstanding. Incredible lasagna. Hitting it off regular meal time I wasn't sure what to expect, when ordering something like lasagna but it was fast, fresh and wonderful. Almost as good as the hot fresh bread. Will definitely make a point to stop when passing through.
