wamu/chase is the worst bank ever!!!!
they hold your tranactions for over a week....then right before you get paid as soon as you don't have the money to cover it they put it through! then charge you $33.00!
they had this promo to get you to open an account ....you were supposed to get $100.00 well it has been 8 months and i never received it!
I have inquired with them several times and they respond with form letters.
the customer service at the branches SUCKS as well! they are a group of the most unfriendly people I have ever met!!!
put your money somewhere else!
