The food is always great- like any Boston Market- but I actually went through the drive-thru one day and when I brought the food back to my house I discovered they gave me all the wrong meals. They must have switched up my order with another customer. I had to go back to the resteraunt because they gave me 2 meals for the price of 4 and I complained. The employees were not very considerate and barely listened and continued to do their job instead of listening to my problem.
