I found a compact refrigerator on the Lowes website and went into the Framingham store to see if they had it in stock. They did, and I haven't yet opened up the box, but I had to express how happy I was with my service! From the moment I walked into the door, I was greeted with a friendly person who offered to help me. Even when workers were busy with stocking the floor with merchandise, they stopped and asked me if I could use a hand. One woman had her arms full and saw me trying to decide on light bulbs and stopped to help me find just what I was looking for. I've never had employees at a large store like this approach me if I looked like I needed help. The check-out lady was sweet and helpful as well. Home Depot just lost a customer!
