I was very hesitant about buying a used car. I've only ever bought brand new so this experience was very new for me. I went to Carbiz because they had a huge inventory and had more than one of the Acura's I was looking for. To tell you the truth, I actually enjoyed buying the car and I don't have that feeling like I paid too much. When I drove off in my RL I was actually satisfied unlike when I bought new cars and I could feel the depreciation as the odometer rolled over. I spoke with the manager there, Evan who was very helpful and guaranteed my purchase price to be the lowest within 150 miles- pretty impressive considering he PROVED it to me and showed me competing vehicle at other dealerships. Steve gave me the Carfax which showed me my car was a one-owner and it was maintained at an Acura Dealer- I especially liked this because of my prior experience with only buying new. Overall, this place was a stand up dealership-I think I’m a pretty picky buyer and they took their time in showing me around the dealership and their service department and really proved to me that you don’t have to buy new cars to get quality. Actually, I don’t think I’ll ever buy another new car after going to Carbiz. When you go- talk to Steve or Evan- good people.
