Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Plain Rude.....I called for service on an old stove that I have in my apartment which I inherited from my mother in law. I explained that the stove doesn't work and the man wanted to know if I had lit the pilot lights. He then went on to say that I may not need his services at all. When I thanked him and told him that I wouldn't be calling if I didn't need my stove repaired, he told me I was being rude. Just outrageous! He's supposed to be the repairman, not me!
