Vic Lockwood is the manager here he only gives jobs to his freinds if you need work go to a different location because this man is an awful person please do not support this man and his location a big job for nascar comes every year and instead of giving the jobs (clean up) to hard working people with no jobs with familys he gave the job to his friends and his friends' friends that dont even need jobs and are only coming in because its a free nascar trip he promised me a spot (whiich i dont even care about nascar it was just a job to me) but hten gave the spots to his nascar buddys. now my wife and my baby and i have to wait who knows how many days to get food or pay electric bill to have electricity when vic knew i needed it but he still gives it to people who arnt even gonna work just stand and watch raceing for 3 days he is an awful man i love labor ready but please dont go to this location because for every person that goes there he gets paid .. Why help an awful man who doesnt help you...
Vic lockwood is a manager at the s. las vegas blvd location and he only gived work to his friends so if you dont know vic dont go to that location or else your wasting your time there was a 3 day nascar event needing 30 people to clean up for 3 days and the regulars that go to that loc didnt even get to go only his friends who already have jobs and dont need work got to go and they arnet even going to work they only want to go cause they get into nascar event for free so they went over the people who come there to work for money like me who needs to take care of my baby and wife he even promised me a spot but then didnt give it to me and i dont even care about the raceing i only care about the money to provide for my family so please dont go to that location because you will just be helping a person who dosent care about anyone out. labor ready is a great place but not the s.las vegas blvd location
The store manager in person acts nice but call on the phone for a question and she was awfull i go here all the time and i filled out an app. because i got laid off and have a family to support i called to ask about proccess of app. and she was rude telling me "ive been off since sat. and im trying to set up for the day so youll have to just have to wait." i replied "i just wanted to talk to you to make you aware of me." she says "well if i look at your app. and im interested ill call you dont call back again" and she hung up.... now thats not how you treat people now i dont want to work there and im not going back there again...
I go here almost everyday seeing that i work next door at smiths and they give great customer service and they are not shy on the toppings i usually get the meat ball sub and they line the whole sub with meat balls even the new people make them great so the management is doing something right.
i just called 1130 am sep.17 the lady who answered had no enthusiasm and answered as so "Rent a Wreck" no can i help you or anything as i was asking her about rates she says "hold on"..... (sneeze.. sneeze)... "ok what now??" she didnt say excuse me or anything so i told her "nevermind im gonna call someone else " and she says "bye" and hangs up before i could even say bye back and i was going to rent a luxary car for 12 days but thanks to here the company missed out .. but if they hire people like that why would i wanna bring my buisness there?
