Shihan Matt and Sensei Shannon are the best. They run their school as "family oriented" which makes for a very pleasant surrounding. Both my daughter and I take karate here and Shihan Matt is a lot of fun, but still instills discipline and technique into his teaching. When you get a new rank here, you can be sure you've really earned it. Nothing is given away. I would highly recommend Kensho-Ryu Family Kenpo to anyone who is interested in getting into the sport of martial arts. It has done wonders for my daughter's attention and self-confidence. Sensei Shannon teaches the "little guys" and they absolutely adore her. I have to give this school a 5 star rating!!
