I had sweet 16th birthday party for my beautiful baby girl and 5 days before the event the catering company that i normally use called to tell me their Chef was ill, so I called The Ritz-Carlton and asked them if they could give me a reference for someone who can handle the entire event as i was already so tired of dealing with everything . They told me call Piccolo .
I called them and spoke to a very knowledgeable gent name Dean and this is really a big great thank you to him and his staff at Piccolo . They changed a regular party in to a am amazing event of lights, great food , amazing entertainment and saved the day . " real pro's they get a "10" in my book, great Job .
