I called this company today because my computer screen was showing very dim. I spoke with Charrmaine and she assured me that it was the backlight inverter. We ordered the part, and she came out and fixed it perfectly. She was very nice, sociable, and very informative on all computer issues. I will DEFINITELY use their services again.
