I've always had a good experience at Meineke, but this one makes me feel welcome. The staff is polite and they work fairly quickly. They're not too pushy, but they'll recommend some minor repairs and then leave you alone if you decline. That's great for someone like me who relies on others to point out what's wrong with my car - without emptying out my wallet. There is a small waiting room, and you can have a cup of coffee while you wait. Or you can walk around the corner to Quiznos or wherever else you want to go. Overall, I would have to say I've never been this impressed with a mechanic shop. Highly recommended.
