Want to start by complimenting your Y it is great. Everyone in the front desk are very helpful. I am a fairly new member and i would have no problem bringing family or friends to this Y. I was first introduced to Zuni, who is a Fitness Instructor there. She showed me around and convinced me to join. I am curently participating in the 12 week program with her. I have done all different types of aerobic class and with different instructor. I do have to say, that Zuni is the greatest she is always on time, knows what she is doing, and cares for the members.
I also love your yoga classes they are really relaxing. GREAT JOB!!
