We had an occasion to visit the Grand Rapids office last week. since we have an account in Belding we had not used any other office before. We had to cash a business check and worried that since they did not know us it would be refused. Not to worry,they asked for proper ID and looked up our account. They cashed the check and were very polite and nice to us. To a senior citizen it really means alot. Thanks
