Highly experienced technicians.

We needed help with our network and some minor computer repair service with our Windows xp systems and Windows Server 2003 network. They dispatched a technician and within three hours the one tech got to work on our problems. Amazingly one tech handled a variety of problems we had with a computer infected with viruses, another had a failing hard drive which was replaced. Thankfully we didn't need to use their data recovery services, they caught the problem in time.

As for our Server, they resolved some rather difficult network disconnecting randomly issues and reconfigured our firewall to optimum security settings. We are going to use these guys again for our computer and network service needs.
