We rented a luxury van from your company from July 31st - August 4th 2009.

When I was calling around looking for a van and stumbled upon Maureen I thought that I had hit the lottery because she was so incredibly pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

When we arrived to pick up the car we were greeted by Herb who was also wonderful.

I am a Vice President for nursing in a Community hospital in Brooklyn so I live the challenges of making sure that we provide great customer service and live and breathe "Service Excellence".

I have to tell you that Maureen and Herb are glowing examples of customer service at it's absolute best!!!!!


Whenever either I or one of my friends is in the need of a van or car rental IMAGE rent-a-car will be who I recommend.
