Anyone who has ever heard horror stories about large multi-national banks has never done business here. This is the epitome of old fashioned neighborhood banking at its finest. Holly and her crew are attentive, friendly and extremely professional. I had the unfortunate experience of having my personal and banking information stolen recently. Holly answered my call personally and immediately took care of cancelling and reissuing all of my accounts personally. ALL ON A SATURDAY MORNING!!! She also followed up to assure me that everything was in order. I never have to deal with 800 numbers and automated answering systems at this branch. The people as well as their services are TOP NOTCH!
