Iam writing you because I am very upset. I made an appointment to talk to Ann the financial advisor about a week ago. I asked to have the 1st appointment, which would have been 0900. I was told that Ann sometimes doesn't come in that early on sat. so I made it at 0930. I get a phone call today(thurs.)to reschedule my appointment for later because she doesn't think that the 0900 would be done in time.
This is a huge inconvienence for me. I work night shift and have 3 kids. I made this appointment so I can do my banking without bring my kids and not losing too much sleep when I get off work. I called another citibank branch to get an appointment there and I was told that I could only speak to Ann since she is the one who set up my accounts.
Now I had to change my appointment and bring my 2yr. old.
I think this could have been avoided if I was just given the appointment I originally wanted at 0900 and not compromised and made it at 0930.
i am soo upset that I am seriously thinking of changing banks. To a bank that either has more financial advisors and/or has competent people making appointments.
