The Roosevelt County Community Development Corporation (RCDC) is a small, professionally managed non-profit economic development agency located at 100 South Avenue A, on the soutwest corner of the historic square in Portales, New Mexico.

The RCDC offers local and regional business information and business connections, as well as professional site search, site data, and site location for business and industry. Grants and other incentives available for job creation.

All services are free of charge. RCDC is an IRS certified 501 (C) (3) non-profit and I07 charitable organization founded in 1988. Its mission is to generate sustainable economic development opportunity for all citizens of Roosevelt County and Portales, New Mexico. Major investors in the RCDC include the City of Portales, Roosevelt County, Eastern New Mexico University, New Mexico Bank and Trust - in total more than two dozen organizations and individuals who live well by giving well.

Over teh past two years the RCDC was responsible for attracting over $10 million in industrial, commercial, residential, and retail development to the area.
