I havent taken my pets for grooming here yet bc its somewhat far away from where I live, but I have purchased one of them here. They are very kind, very honest, and very understanding people. When we first went in, they were very honest with us unlike some other korean pet shops in LA that we have been to. They do not try to rip u off with a LEMON dog. They tell you everything up front if they think of it or if you ask in terms of the history of the dog, its parents, any abnormalities, and what they predict the color of the dog will be and its weight as an adult. I remember there was another dog we were looking at and they told us why its price was fluctuating and y other's did not purchase it, before, instead of trying to hide it from us and sucker us into getting it. They want to make sure a pet goes to the right home. Honest petshops like this are rare. I trust them completely and I am so glad we got our puppy here. If youvegot a korean friend, you def should take them in too bc I would think their english is so so if you got alot of hard questions.

"I would give her 10 stars if I could! I just recently lost my pet to a congenital heart defect that I did not know he had. Why did I not know? Because at least 2 other vets that had seen my dog did not detect an obvious heart murmur and arrhythmia or any problems in fact (banfield and noah's ark). I brought my dog in that morning because he had trouble breathing, smelled strange, and his tongue was so pale and he was very weak and limpy. I went in out of nowhere as an emergency to the closest vet to my house.I even went in as the vet was supposed to be going to lunch. She saw my pet immediately, discovered so many things thru a 5 min physical exam (I knew what I wanted her to find myself and wanted to see if she was able to catch them also ) , and she discussed my options with me within 15 mins of my arrival. I am so so happy and blessed to have Dr Garlinghouse and her staff. They even gave me a quick estimate of whichever option I wanted to take, and even after I chose to euthanize my puppy they were kind enough to offer a discount (b/c she understood how shocked I may have been to see the costs and she knew i was only a student living off loans.) She even offered to give me the number to a friend of hers who breeds the same type of dog once I was ready. She even offered to write up a complete report of a necropsy in order for me to learn more about his condition (since I also attend med school) and hopefully it will help me as a physician in practice in the future since dogs and humans have similar diseases. They even sent a card to my house expressing their sympathies and had everyone sign it. When I went in a week later to pick up his ashes, they also gave me a clay paw print of my puppy for me to hang in my house and the front desk lady even remembered my name n my dogs name and what i was there for, even though they had only met me once. Even tho I get free vet visits/vax/exams thru a local vet school program, I will be taking all my dogs here from now on if they are ever sick or if i really have a concern. I cant believe a wonderful vet like her even exists, and I have seen at least 8 diff vets in various parts of LA in my life! I am so happy I found her , even if it was under bad circumstances! She is the most caring and honest vet, to both her animal n her human client. Even if I ever moved, if I am still in LA ,IE, or OC county, i would drive miles to go to her again."

actually just went in one day out of know where with no knowledge about it...turns out to be a really great hospital and great staff, esp Dr Fuller...very thorough and kind, truly cares.. very knowledgable..one of the best vets out there!

i love this place...we had a disaster getting a puppy near by this place that was totally sick n unfit for sale before and had a great struggle to get our money back, but we went to puppyland after it was resolved and we found the most perfect cutest teacup maltese by chance the next day. we got a great price after we told them our story and they had great sympathy for us. WE LOVE OUR NEW DOG and shes better than healthy! and they are soooooo nice and every one of them care about each puppy they have. they know a lot about the dogs in general and will not lie or hide anything from u for the sake of business, but are honest and genuine. we love puppyland!! everyone should get their dogs here..i regret not having gone here first. it may seem pricy but actually its all the same, and at least you know you can count on them to help you out if you ever have problems. they give you a lot of good free supplies and food and do not try to pressure u to get one at all if you dont see one u like. you become like family to them once u take one of their babies home. Overall we felt so much happier shopping here and now we are finally able to sleep well at night without worrying about our puppy's health.

got my toy yorkie here almost 1 yr ago, found it by accident as we were about to give up on finding the one..great pricing and truly cares for the puppies..also very great grooming and immunization prices
