We were in town for a family emergency...needless to say a stressful time. The staff went above and beyond their duties to make sure our stay was a plesant one. They did not know the reason for our visit till the last 2 days we were there. On one day I came back to the hotel so my 19 month old could take a nap. She fell asleep in the car, I went up to the room and asked them if they could make up the room quickly. Immediatly the housekeeper grabbed all staff and had our room done in 5 minutes. Everytime we needed something Sabrina made sure we had it. To say this hotel is top knotch and the staff was great is an understatement! Our room was clean and good size. This is our second stay at the Harbour Inn, and it will not be our last. We will stay without question and will not hesitate to recommend to our friends and family traveling to the area. Great location for the South end of the island, close to stores, cafes and easy trip to Langly, Clinton, Fort Casey and other locations.
