I had received a gift certificate for the Avalon Signature Spa Package for my birthday and booked an appointment. The girl on the phone was very helpful and professional. When the day finally came for me to come in and get my services done, I was very pleased with how clean the facility is and on top of that the decor was very beautiful. Before coming in, I had read reviews on this place and heard that there were unlicensed workers so before each service, I made sure to check every technician and therapist that were going to work on me. I received my massage from Kristina and her hands were of an angel! My facial was performed from Ann and she was very knowledgable about her work. My mani/pedi was performed by Lily and it looks amazing and it still looks just as good as the day I came in. Most of the employee had their certification clearly displayed or when I had asked to see their certification, they were very happy and quick to show it to me. Along with a great lunch that came with my package, I had a very good experience at Avalon and I will definitely come back. I think I might have also been swayed to sign up for their membership!
