They're delivery time is getting as bad as buffalouies. Over an hour an 15 minutes to receive a order where the fries were cold, and the sandwich was very well when i ordered medium rare. Obviously the managers on duty cannot schedule delivery dirvers properly. It's a shame, I've eaten there for 15 years, and taking into account that this is the 3RD! time this has happened, you have just lost a customer.
