Bill has been the most trust worthy person to do business with. I've been to all the other locksmiths in the area, and none compare to Bill and his crew! He became sick in 2007 with Cancer. But he STILL went to work, FULLTIME!! He was on Chemo treatments and Radiation treatments, but STILL worked at the job he loved so much!! I saw the passion he had, he loved helpinh me and others. No matter who, he helped. Making sure to send the customer our of his store happy, with their lock fixed, keys made, with satasfaction. He was such a pleasing man. I heard he lost his battle just recently, April 2009. I really don't want to go anywhere else to do business with these other locksmiths. Bill was by far the most caring!! He is greatly missed!! Bill, you are such a wonderful person, your family is, aswell! I travel all the way to Gardner, now for my keys and locksmithing needs!! Thank you, Bill! God Bless!
