Although we had bit of trouble initially booking our stay for 3 nights for a wedding we were attending in the Maple Grove area (I think due to some staff and office changes @ the time), I still would rate our experience as excellent from the moment we arrived right up to our departure. All staff from Claire(Manager) - front desk clerk, wait staff, cleaning staff - all were outstanding w/their customer service skills! The room was very clean and comfortable - no trouble getting any addtl supplies we needed and we ate brkfst, lunch and dinner on sight and we were so pleased with the food and service everytime!
The beds were THE BEST - just the right firmness and the pillows and comforter were so comfy/cozy.

I enjoyed being so close to shopping and family - so will plan to stay here every time we are in the area - very convenient!

Thanks again to all the staff for a stay that was top notch!
