My husband and I dine at the Marion O'Charleys around 1-2 times a month. We have always had fairly good service. However today the service was less than adequate. We waited longer than normal. We were never asked if our drink could be refilled. Mostly though my husband asked for a condiment when we ordered, he didn't get it with the meal, so he asked the girl who brought our food, he still didn't get it. At least 5-10 minuets went by before our waitress are anyone else came around. By then my husbands food was no longer hot, he didn't eat it.
We got his meal taken off, but that doesn't excuse the slowness we encountered today.We have decided not to go to Marion O'Charley's again. Just wanted you to know.
