I've taken my dog to this place a few times. Larissa is great. The new guy NOT AT ALL. AVOID HIM! he SHAVED my dog after i explained to him i wanted a TRIM. I wanted him to leave the ears and tail ALONE (which he didn't). When I went to pick my dog up, I didn't even recognize him. His reasoning was because the way that I wanted it done would have not been proportional and stupid. It doesn't matter if I wanted a Mohawk, a mullet or 10 different colors. He is my dog and what i wanted done should have been done. If he couldn't do it, then don't do my dog. As soon as my husband came in, he was full of "sorry" and "I don't remember what I said." Mind you, its November, and my dog is shivering. I will not go back ever.
