I hired Schaefer to put a new roof on my house. I had two layers of shingles on my roof already so the whole roof had to be torn off before the new shingles could be applied. In addition, I had a pretty bad leak in my sun room that other roofers had attempted to fix in the past. Therefore, I was nervous about hiring anyone. However, Mr. Schaefer guaranteed that the sun room leak would be fixed.

Turns out, I was very fortunate that I hired this company. They did not cut corners during the job and had a special canister to collect all the roof debris during the tear down. They paid special attention to not destroying the bushes and shrubs around the house. My roof was in pretty bad shape and required the replacement of several sheets of plywood. They did an A+ job on the roof. It’s been over nine months and no leaks whatsoever, despite all the rain we’ve had this season. The roof looks great.

Although I only had my roof replaced, I could tell by the way Mr. Schaefer and his crew conducted themselves, that they were top notch professionals. Therefore, I would not hesitate to hire them for any additional projects.
