I had one of their techs come to my office and I was so impressed that I'm shouting the good word. I don't write reviews ever, but know it's hard finding a trustworthy tech guy in NYC so I'm recommending them wholeheartedly. I had them come in due to multiple issues my previous tech guy couldn't fix: virus issues, some computers couldn't connect to the server, and slow PCs. They came in and after a couple of hours, everything was taken care of. I waited 2 weeks and still no lingering issues. Go for them if you want reliable techs who know what they're doing.
