Very helpful. I was stranded the night before with a rough running engine. They opened first and connected their computer to my car to talk about the error code. Suggested mechanics in the area and talked about what might be wrong. It's great to have knowledge when talking to a mechanic. Advanced (here and in my hometown) has always been willing to help me with questions and seems to want to help. Great shop.
