Bob the owner / operator does all the sweeps himself personally and we found him to be on time, professional, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, efficient and neat! I plan to have him clean both my fireplace and my wood stove yearly and my oil furnace chimney every other year. Champ's does not have a receptionist however he returned our call to his voice mail right away!
I would give Champ's a 5 star rating and I highly recommend him!
