My sister, who lives in Lyons, brought me to this spot. I ordered an omelette that I think had bacon, pepper cheese, avacado and onions with a very good salsa on top. It was not "hot." I added Tabasco to my taste.
I think it was the best omelette I have ever eaten. Very fresh, eggs cooked perfectly, excellent combination of flavors. I wish I lived closer, I would be there a lot.
BTW-family owned and they are very sweet people. Oregon, what a place.
