My husband and I bought our car from Empower in February 2009 after careful consideration and looking at many different cars. I spoke to Andy by phone first about getting our older BMW serviced by him, and was impressed by the time he spent with me on the phone and his knowledge. Andy's price was fair. Since that time, he has serviced the car a few times, and gives you a final price that is usually a little less than his original quote, not more! How often does that happen? He treats the car like it's his own! He takes good care of the car and us! He goes out of his way to make sure we are happy! I can't tell you! He is fantastic!! In addition, his lot, his shop and the office are clean and comfortable. It's a pleasure to go there, and everyone is very kind and considerate. We trust Andy and his knowledge of BMWs, and that is such an unusual thing in not only a mechanic, but a used car dealer!
