One of the best Washington Mutuals I have ever been to. We had had a major issue with our account and a deposit was not made resulting in overdraft charges, etc, etc. The charges were reversed on site and the woman even worked with my mom to transfer the additional deposit back into the account without her being there. I really appreciate their prompt, friendly attitude.
