Labor Day, 2009, our internet modem quit working. We were in the midst of rescuing one dog & arranging for the adoption of another & needed the internet to accomplish both. Bright House was totally unable to arrange for repair until the following day so I had to go to Walmart to buy a replacement modem...$64. Bright House had repair technicians out but would not allow me to meet one for a new modem. This is not the first such incident I've had with this company. Oh, I'd give them an 8 on service but they're certainly not a 10!
