Great service! We were travelling past Warrenton when our transmission lost all of its fluid from a bad gasket. It was late (10 PM) and our road side assistance company took an hour to arrive. Many people stopped to offer help as we waited and several suggested that we have our car towed to Joe's because he was the best. It took awhile to find his shop and a place to leave a car that couldn't move on its own. We checked into a motel, and the night clerk confirmed what we had been told about Joe. He told us that he only lets Joe touch his two cars. The next morning I called their shop and Joe was very friendly and helpful. He told me to call him back in two hours after he had a chance to look at it. In that time, he diagnosed the problem, went and picked up the parts, and began the work. By 11 AM, he had fixed the probelm, picked us up at our motel, and had us on the road again. It would have been easy to take advantage of people in our situation, but he made only the repairs needed and got us on the road with the advice to have our own mechanic check the problem and his work. Not too many mechanics have that kind of integrity. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
