Actual nice people and real customer service! It's been a long time since I've been somewhere where the people actually seemed to care and want to help. The people were really great. They explained everything really well and when I shopped around afterward (okay, so I just wanted to check to make sure I was getthign a good deal) when I shopped around afterward I found that they were a lot less expensive than the other shops in Richmond AND I got it done sooner than any of the other shops said they could - which is really the most important thing when you need your car back in a hurry. Anyway, nice waiting room. Huge TV. Very clean shop. I'd definitely recommend them.
