I have always loved the MamaMia restaurants, the food is the best. Unfortunately, we've been this one about 4 times now, and 3 of the 4 times the service was just poor. Very slow, server forgot parts of our meals, dissappeared for a long time, etc. Understandable if the place was busy, but they were fairly empty.
