I really liked the price US Van lines gave to me for my long distance move to CA. I was a bit offset because I read the first review on here, but I couldn't pass up the price.
I was completely happy with the full service! Chuck did come out to do a visual for me and was completely thorough. They explained to me from the beginning that if my inventory changed so would my price. I did add 4 more boxes so naturally assumed my price would change.
The dispatcher, Mike, I also found very helpful and pleasant. This was a surprise as well because I expected otherwise. They arrived with my things 5 days later! I couldn't believe it!
I hope they move from CA because I wouldn't trust anyone else!
