Roto-Rooter Service 11/3/2009

I had a sewage backup when I arrived home from work last night. Service Technician John Turpin arrived early this morning. John was patient with me as I have absolutely no knowledge of plumbing. He took the time to listen and ask questions about my water problems and was courteous and professional. He found the source of one blockage (baby wipes) and another blockage that he could not clean out himself.

John called for Carlos, a camera technician, to investigate. Carlos and his assistant (sorry, can't remember his name) arrived right on time the same day and found the second problem - tree roots in the pipe. Carlos and his assistant were also very professional and friendly. Tommorow the next crew will come to replace the damaged pipe.

I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter for anyone who needs plumbing services. I was quite impressed with all three RR employees willingness to take their time to explain the problems, ideas for preventing future problems and just general kindliness. I wish more service companies had employees like John & Carlos!
