I hadn't been to a Kinko's in a while and was unaware of the merger. I did a search for kinko's and a list of KC fedex locations came up. So I presumed there was a merger and went to one near a location I would be at...it happened to be only a true fedex location. I wish I had called instead of wasting my time. I needed a computer to print from, etc. The worker behind the desk told me I wanted a Fedex home office. She did not seem willing to help me find the closest location although I'm sure she had the internet available to her. So, I left. I will just print from work. So much for customer service.
